allstars : hingis was better than venus in my and others opinion, that 200+ weeks nb.1 it means she got almost in every tournament quarters, semis, and rup in grand slams & masters

Success at a tournament means you win it not make the quarters, semis, and rup

Losing in the final and losing in the 1st is the same cause that means you have lost.

btw:
venus won 7 slams and was runner-up at another 7 slams.
hingis won 5 slams and was runner-up at another 7 slams.
AllStars got full of the grand slams that add up to 278(including All the Game Worlds).

this is no question. hingis is waaaaaay better. hingis was number 1 when she was 17!it's no contest.i'm not watching women tenis becouse the players such as the williams sisters, the russians and the 2 serbs(even though i'm from serbia) and others who are playing without brain and just hitting hard, the funniest is Ivanovic and safina.right now only Henin plays nice women tennis, she konw's everything, slice, spin, volleys, everything.woman tennis sux...

You can`t say venus is better than hingis, just because she won more slams????
Hingis was much better than venus, will ever be, and by the way.... serena is much better than venus, so why use venus and not serena?? YES I DON`T KNOW HOW MANY SLAMS SERENA HAS WON!! ;)

Tennis is just like football... Football is not all about winning, but winning with style  No serious.... In football a draw can mean you win the championship, so in tennis SF and RUP can just be fine as well, but offcourse you go for the win!!

come on solo how old are to come and say this things? this is no drag race, it matters very much if you losing in the first round, or RUP,the money (matters less), the points in rankings, the pride that you where not beaten by 4 players or in slams 6 players in a row and only by the winner of the tournament, this is not the same as leaving the tournament in the early rounds, and venus is not even close of martina, she is the same age as her, martina retired at 22 years old with 5 slams, venus only won 4 at the same time, martina was only missing the french open(was runner up 2 times before 22 years),

venus won her first slam title at 20 years / martina at 16 years
first time nb.1 venus at 22 years / martina at 17
first time double grand slam won: venus at 19 years/ martina at 15
doubles slams titles before martinas retirement at 22 years: venus 5 double slams, martina 9

so dont tell me withouth proofs that venus is better, in fact shes not even close, martina was on top of many players that compete with her, she was skilled, funny, charismatic, venus only had force an advantage of being tall, most of the women in tennis were women, venus and serena there are like men, players like martina, henin, clijsters, made tennis very interesting and not boring
